Vaccination Policies

All canine guests must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of current DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospira, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus), Bordetella (kennel cough) and Rabies vaccinations by either providing us with a copy of your dog’s vaccination records, or by having your Vet fax the records directly to us.
Puppies under four months of age are required to have their first set of DHLPP and Bordetella vaccinations, but are not required to have their Rabies vaccination. It is the ongoing responsibility of the owner to provide verification that vaccinations are current – we will make every effort to remind you before your dog’s vaccinations expire.

We are happy to give oral or topical medication to your dog, but we require the following: all medications must be in their original container and must include your dog’s name, the name and strength of the medication, and directions including dosage, number of times per day, how it is to be given, the illness to be treated, areas to be treated, etc.

All dogs must be clean and in good health, and must not have fleas or ticks. We strongly recommend that your dog receive some form of monthly topical flea/tick treatment plan – please consult your veterinarian for more information about flea treatment options.
Owners will certify that their dogs are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require a veterinary certificate of health to be admitted or re-admitted.

What to Bring

For daycare, please bring any food or treats that you would like your pooch to be fed throughout the day. For overnight boarding, please bring all food, treats, medication, toys, bedding and anything else that you would like your dog to have when in the kennel area. Anything with familiar smells such as shirts, blankets, etc. will help your dog settle in comfortably.
It is recommended not to bring your very best dog bed or toys as sometimes things do not go home in the same condition they came in. Please do not bring food or water dishes as we supply them.

Drop Off & Pick Up

Our normal operating hours are from 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week, including all holidays. After-hours drop off or pick up can be scheduled so that you can reunite with your loved one as soon as you’re back in town. With a timely phone call we can generally be flexible (within reason) regarding drop off and pick up times.
Owners must provide written authorization to allow anyone else to pick up their dog(s) and the pick up person must provide a valid picture id to ensure your dog(s) safety.

Boarding Charges

Payment is due in full upon pick up. All services are included in the price. We have no hidden costs. Bathing, however, is an additional service to boarding and is charged separately. We only charge for the nights your dog actually sleeps over.

Payment is due at time of pick up. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa (+3.5% fee)

We will also accept the following digital assets: BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, XLM

We reserve the right to change our policies regarding which currencies we accept at any time which may be affected by market conditions.
